You can only share your ArticleSuggestion account with registered users. Therefore, if you’d like to edit the recommendation boxes together with your colleagues or you’d like to share our statistics, ask them to register on this page. Once they have registered, you’ll need to go through the following steps to invite them:
Login to ArticleSuggestion and select the domain to which you’d like to add a new user, click on the User Access button, type the email address of the person, you’d like to invite and click on the + sign. Then the invited user will be able to access the shared domain in ArticleSuggestion and edit its recommendations or study its statistics.
There are no restrictions on the number of users on a domain. You can invite as many people as you’d like.
